Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and ensuring all calls are handled in a
professional manner
Responsible for Office Administration – ordering stationary, supplies,
cleaning, utilities, office security
Ensure proper office housekeeping
Coordination of local and overseas travel/accommodation arrangements
Handling incoming deliveries and stock control
Setting up meetings and taking minutes etc.
Manages and responsible for office cleanliness
Assists in organizing staff activities as & when necessary
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min O level and/or Diploma in Business Administration
1 – 2 years of experience in a similar multi-cultural environment
would be advantageous.
People person, with an energetic and mature nature
Have good sense of responsibility, maturity and integrity
Ability to coordinate and follow-up tasks is essential
Fluent in speaking/writing in English and highly proficient in
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability in conversing in Mandarin/Cantonese would be advantage
Able to communicate at all levels within the organization
Resourceful, adaptable and with a love of a quick paced changing environment
