Position 1: Bank Card Processing Executive
Responsibilities :
• To ensure efficient functioning of the Card Processing Unit.
• To undertake projects such as UAT and business initiative planning.
• To process card applications, including requests for temporary and
permanent increase in credit limit for existing card members.
• To conduct credit analysis and exercise sound credit judgement to
prevent financial loss.
Requirements :
• A recognised University Degree in Business Administration.
• At least 3 years' experience in card business with a minimum of 2
years' in supervisory position.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate
with Chinese-speaking customers.
Salary ranging from $2500 to $3400, depending on experience.
Position 2: Credit Collection Assistant
One year contract option for renewal or conversion to permanent position.
Call centre environment.
Handling Inbound /Outbound calls.
Negotiate with Debtor for the outstanding payments.
Requirements:-
GCE'N' /'O' level.
Speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
PC literate.
Must be able to start work immediate.
Positive working attitude and willing to learn attitude.
Working location: Redhill
Salary: Basic+Incentive - Gross salary $2000-$2500 upon confirmation.
Only Singaporean/PRs/ Malaysian only.
One year contract subject to renewal.
