Temporary Estates Officer / Admin Executive (Lease & Tenancy Management)
Responsibilities:

Lease & Tenancy Management
- Contact & interview residents
- Gather information and prepare case reports on lease
administration-related areas
- Prepare replies to customers

Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Degree
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Good writing skills
- Proficient in IT applications
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
- Able to work for a minimum of 8 hours per week, 3 hours at a stretch

Undergraduates or Polytechnic students seeking temporary employment
and able to commit during term time are welcome to apply.
