Responsibilities
Attending to all visitors and inform the receivers promptly
Answering and transfer callers' enquires
Update company telephone list
Sorting of incoming & outgoing mails and coordinate with courier services
Organizing and coordinating the daily schedule for the meeting rooms
Responsible for stationery requisition, ordering and keeping track of
inventories
Housekeeping of reception area
Requirements
GCE 'O' Levels
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Possess good command of English and good interpersonal skills
Have a friendly and cheerful disposition, and smart
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Only Singaporean or Singapore PR need apply
