Temporary Customer Service Officer, Documentation (Counter)

Responsibilities

Coordinates with relevant department to ensure smooth exchange of
import and export documents with customers

Reconciles daily collections and complete submission to Accounts Departments

Monitors accurate collection of freight payments

Requirements

Fresh Diploma graduate / GCE 'O' Level

Proficiency in MS Office Applications

Good aptitude & attitude with keen sense of learning

Good communication skills and possess excellent customer service skills

A team player who can work under pressure to meet deadlines

Can work independently with minimum guidance

Able to start work within short notice

Willing to work in the West


Additional Notes:

Workplace: Jurong East

Working hours: Monday to Thursday - 9.00am to 6.00pm; Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm

Free transportation to & from nearest MRT (Jurong East & Clementi)
