Environmental Executive

Job Description:
Environmental Executive (ISO management / Power Plant / environmental awareness)
Salary: SGD 2600 - 3600


Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of the company’s environment strategy, and be responsible for overseeing assigned environmental related matters, including compliance with local environmental legislations and performance standards.

Manage and maintain documentation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems.

Develop and conduct due diligence programme on environmental impact assessment, environmental audit and performance monitoring.

Liaise with relevant authorities, such as NEA, PUB, and EMA on environmental and ISO management issues.

Promote environmental awareness in the Company.

Assist Head of Section(EQ) to undertake execution of school community initiatives such as anti-litter & marine conservation PUB waterway adoption, NEA Adopt-A-School programme and MOE teachers/students work attachment.

Manage requirements under Energy Conservation Act



Requirements:
Degree in Chemical/Environmental/Civil Engineering with 2 years related working experience in the same discipline.

Interest in power plant environmental & ISO management, and passionate about community and environmental issues.

Good command of spoken and written English is essential to produce environmental reports.

Resourceful, result-oriented and has strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Familiar with ISO 50 000.
