Regional Finance Executive

Job Description:

Salary: SGD 4000 - 5000
Location: Raffles

The role reports to the Regional Finance Manager, and is required to liaise with Controllers in the region to ensure prompt delivery of monthly results and prepare financial consolidation for discussion with Management
Work closely with controllers to ensure implementation of the regional finance manual, adoption of best procedures and practices and adherence to good corporate governance
Review regional operations from the finance, tax and business perspectives and provide analysis and commentaries of the results
Review internal control systems of Group companies and undertake process improvement initiatives
Prepare regional budget and forecasts and monitor resource utilization as well as KPI tracking
Participate in financial and operational audits of Group companies
Manage financial consolidation package for group reporting and utilize IT tools to perform financial analysis and quality audit of Group companies
Support the implementation of major ERP system across entities in the Asia Pacific region
Ad-hoc projects on a regional basis

Requirements:
Degree in Finance and Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and with good knowledge of manufacturing accounting, preferably with audit exposure and regional work experience
Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office and PowerPoint
Working experience in managing IT applications across Group companies
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Results oriented, well organized, detailed-conscious, has good problem solving and project management skills
Multi-tasking capability with strong analytical skill
Regional travel of at least 25% of work time
Commitment and independence with a high level of initiative
Ability to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines
