Job Description:
Handle full set of accounts, i.e. Accounts Receivable, Payables, General Ledger
General data entry and book keeping activities
Asset tracking and depreciation
Accounting system maintenance & upkeep
Forecast and Budgeting
Statutory Reporting
Profit & Loss Statement
Balance Sheet Statement
Pre & Post-Audit and IRAS support
Monitor and reconcile bank balances, subsidiary ledgers i.e. Receivables and payables
Ensure proper documentation and filing of company’s day to day business transactions
Other finance and Administrative support as assigned
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma
At least 3 years similar working experience in Finance/Accounts Department
Relevant work experience in a SME environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiar with Accounting Software (ACCPAC, MYOB, REALTIMME, SIEBEL, SAP, ORACLE, HYPERION)

Starting Salary $2,600 – S$3,000 depending on experience
