Manager, HR Compensation and Benefits

The Challenges
Reporting to Deputy Director, HR, you will manage a Compensation and
Benefits. Main responsibilities: compensation and benefits
administration.

Requirements
• Degree with post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• At least 8 years of Compensation and Benefits experience, preferably
with supervisory experience.
• High-energy individual with ability to work independently and across
different groups and levels of people.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Working location: West area
