Admin Officer - Financial Institution [Central]

Job Scope

- Provide full administrative support to department

- Assist to prepare presentation materials, booking of meeting room etc

- To handle simple billing and quotation

- To contact client for supporting documents or missing information

- To prepare standard letters / correspondences

- Others ad hoc administrative work

Requirement

- GCE 'O' levels with 1-2 years of relevant administrative
working experience

- Analytical, meticulous and have an eye for details with
good, positive working attitude.

- Good team player

- Proficient in MS Word and Excel

- Able to commence immediately will be preferred
