IT Officer
Location: East
Responsibilities:
Maintenance of LAN, network equipment, backup systems.
Perform configuration and setup of workstations for users (Hardware and Software)
Provide hands-on technical support to end users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop hardware, software and network problems
Provide advice and assistance to users on usage of simple functional features of software and hardware (e.g. MS Office Applications, Copier Machines, Backups)
Maintenance, procurement and configuration of new hardware and software
Provide support on updating website/webshop and designing advertisements/brochures/e-blasting emails.
Assist in other IT/Technical related ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science/IT or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in network administration and user support.
Programming knowledge of ASP Classic/.NET/.HTML for company website/webshop maintenance
Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Indesign knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
