Job Description:

HR Organisational Development Executive
Salary: SGD 4000 - 5000 +AWS+Bonus
Location: West (Science Park)


Responsibilities:
 To develop, plan and implement organizational development initiatives such as talent management, succession management, career management, executive/leadership development, competency framework and performance management
 To provide coaching and mentoring to the HODs in implementing HR development programs and ensure set measurable outcomes are achieved
 To work in collaboration with HOD to develop high potential staff for individual career advancement and contribution to the Company
 To work in collaboration with HOD to identify candidates for succession planning and critical positions
 To develop and implement strategic projects and initiatives for talent attraction, talent development, talent retention, succession plan, executive/leadership development competency framework and performance management
 To implement and coordinate Corporate and Regional change initiatives
 To work with people to foster culture change; address issues and implement interventions for culture development focusing on the core values development with the key objectives to make organization an employer of choice
 To conduct learning and development measureable activities to check the progress and capabilities of employees are improving
 To implement and manage change efforts to strengthen organizational strength, competitiveness, system and processes to increase productivity
 To deliver OD interventions to solve root causes of problems and to improve measureable results
 To manage the implementation of annual TNA, TCTP and performance appraisal process




Requirements:
 Degree holder with post Diploma in HRD
 At least 4-5 years of significant experience talent management, succession management, career management, executive/leadership development, competency framework and performance management
 Must have experience in coaching and mentoring other HR peers in driving Regional projects and initiatives
 Self-motivated, analytical mind, independent and hands-on individual
 Demonstrates capacity to understand business issues and translate these issues to talent strategies to meet business objectives and at the same time aligned these strategies to corporate goals
 Possess excellent EQ and influencing skills
 Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet project deadlines
 Capable to influence upwards, communicate effectively across diverse culture and engages others with passion and energy
 A change agent with solid experience
