Customer Service Executive

Salary: SGD 2600 - 3200
Location: Beach Road or Tampines

Responsibilities:
 Order processing, monitor and expedite delinquent orders.
 Prepare and monitor purchase orders and liaise with factories on deliveries.
 Liaising with customers on delivery schedules & issues.
 Arranging incoming/ outgoing shipments.
 Co-ordination, providing quality customer service to local and oversea suppliers.
 Ensure the order & delivery KPIs are monitored in order to provide high level of Customer Service.
 Processing PO and Sales Orders.
 Administrative support.



Requirements:
 Candidate must possess at least 'O', Diploma in any field.
 Required skill(s): SAP.
 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Applicants must be willing to work in Beach Road or Tampines
 Preferred experienced in shipping/logistics company.
 5 days work week.
