Job Description:
HR Specialist (Full Spectrum and Payroll)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the managing of the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to payroll processing, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations
Manage full scope of recruitment services including drafting of job description, advertisement, liaising with recruitment agents, sourcing for candidates, conducting and arranging interview and hiring of candidates
Work with the business units to assess staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans.
Handle of the full spectrum of payroll processes and ensure that payments are made in accordance to stipulated policies and guidelines
Providing HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units in delivering effective HR management
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, plans, processes and programs that aligns to company's objectives
Implements and monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance
Assist in the overall operations in Human Resource and Administration to ensure operational efficiency
Prepare appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and other letters
Manage the application, renewal and cancellation of work passes and related passes
Assist in preparing statistics reports as requested by the management or the government agencies
Requirements:
Degree in HRM or equivalent with at least 5 years' of relevant HR experience
Good knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations
Analytical, resourceful and meticulous and confident
Able to multi-task and work independently in a face-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated individual and possesses good follow-up skills
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office
