Training Coordinator / Operations Executive

Job Description:
Training Coordinator / Operations Executive
Location: North-East

Responsibilities:
Respond to enquiries face-to-face, by telephone, in writing and by email
Competent in IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
Manage customer needs and expectations
Handle service breakdowns, general admin duties such as daily collections, compile student records, updating attendance list, scheduling of classes, compiling student material, generating incident and daily sales reports, processing of enrolment and student request forms
Troubleshoot basic IT network related issues and any ad-hoc IT support task when required
Experience in related job scope will be an advantage



Requirements:
Minimum of O' Level passes in English and Mathematics or Higher Nitec in Business Studies (Administration)
At least 2 years of working experience
Experience in customer service and/or training administration
Proficient in the use of office technology including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email and the internet
Good team player and able to work independently
Singaporeans/PRs need to apply only
Enjoy working in a small team
