Salary: SGD 5000 - 7000 (Negotiable)
Conditions:
Terms: Full time (Permanent Position)
Working day: 5 days
Salary range: SD$5,000 to SD$7,000 (Negotiable depends on your experience)
Office location: Central
Responsibilities:
500 to 600 staff strength in Singapore, our client, a leading electrical work provider in Construction Industry, is looking for HR Manager now.
Someone who is a professional and has full spectrum of HR role in the past and the present would be an ideal candidate.
Your job would be set up (1) HR policy (2) HR Strategy (3) Proper Procedure in the organisation and to exercise them accordingly.
As the company is in Construction Industry, if you have knowledge about the industry or have working experience as a HR personal in a relevant company in the past or now would be a great advantage.
Requirements:
Possess Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant subject
Possess strong knowledge in HR policy and practise in Singapore
Possess working experience as an Assistant HR Manager or HR Manager in the past or now for more than 3 years (Total HR experience would be not less than 9 years)
Great advantage if you have come form a Construction Company / Business / Industry (but not compulsory)
Possess knowledge, skill and experience as a leader
Command of good English
