TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER (SECURITY SYSTEMS)
Requirements:
A prestigious Japanese MNC in the Chemical industry, our Client is currently sourcing for Technical Service Engineer to join their exciting organization in the Quality Assurance Section. The successful candidate can look forward to a competitive remuneration package with great career opportunities.
Provide 2nd level technical support to project and service teams.
To solve complex issue and restore customer’s system operations.
To liaise with supplier on product related issues.
Provide pre-sales support to the sales team.
Conduct training to end customer when required.
Conduct new product evaluation when required.
The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline with at least 2 years of prior experience in the electronic security industry. A class 3 driving license is required and candidates must also be knowledgable in the electronics/controls field.
