JOb Description The candidate will provide administrative support for
Sales Operations(80%) and the Resourcing Manager(20%).
- Responsible for Sales Administrative documentation, processes
and coordination
- Generate weekly/monthly related sales reports to the
management and distributor
- Ensure all the deals within APAC are entered in Salesforce.com
- Ensure paperwork is entered in a timely manner – including purchase orders
- Ensure payments are allocated in a timely manner
- Distributes documents/ invoices to stakeholders and obtains signoffs
- Create forecast spreadsheets
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must possess proficiency with MS Word, Power Point, advanced
skills with MS Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
- Must be have problem solving and decision making abilities,
ability to prioritize projects and strong sense of urgency
- Must be a team player willing to assist others at all levels
of organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain
cooperation working relationships.
