HR Admin Assistant (Temp for 3 months)

Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment process, including handling TALEO system and
arranging for interviews
Create presentation slides, reports or documents
Filing of HR related documents
Data entry of employee information, medical claims and leave application
Assist in organizing employee morale activities
Any other duties as assigned


Requirement

Minimum A levels qualification
Good in MS Office application
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Willing to learn
