Temporary Admin Assistant @breadtalk

Responsibilities:

• Support in administrative work in Brand Development department
• Hands-on participation in marketing collaterals and display
• Assist in liasing with suppliers and designers on the development of
collaterals.
• Assist in co-ordinating marketing programs and events with
landlords, tenants, agencies and other relevant parties
• Ensure proper filing and documentation
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Levels and above
• Fast learner and willing to be hands-on
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasant disposition
• Positive working attitude
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

Other information:
• Working hours: 9.00am to 6.15pm (Monday to Friday)
• Contract duration 20 July to 9 September
• Company transport pick-up: Aljunied, Potong Pasir and Toa Payoh MRT Stations
