Job Description
Responsibilities:
The incumbent's primary responsibilities will be in server setup,
administration and maintenance including customer support.
• Responsible for providing support on the IT systems for various
projects that involves both infrastructure and networking.
• To take ownership of project-related system/network issues until resolved.
• Responsible for company's IT infrastructure such as network, file
server, security access etc.
• Responsible for performing backup for company's servers.
• Responsible for performing system hardware recommendation and procurement.
• Require to work on standby support after office hours for certain projects.

Requirements
• Possess a min. Diploma/NITEC in electrical or electronics
engineering or equivalent
• Preferably 2-3 years experience in network management, monitoring
and troubleshooting tools.
• Must have experience in hardware troubleshooting (electrical &
electronics), system configuration, system administration in Windows
and Linux
• Knowledge of network security and firewalls, including Cisco PIX,
ASA, VPNs and firewalls will be desirable.

• Can work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently
& effectively
• Essential to have a positive attitude, customer & service-oriented
• A team player who is also self motivated and can investigate and
drive issues independently
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact
effectively with other services, end-users and management
