Description:
Our Market Information Data Management Team is looking for a Finance
Analyst in Singapore.

OVERALL GOAL:
- To provide a first class Market Information finance function for
Credit Suisse as part of a global
team
- Management of all aspects in the area of Market Information Invoice
Reconciliation
- Control of Market Market Data costs for all regions through an
effective process of invoice
payments
- Drive the banks reputation regarding proper payments of invoices
- Work as a global team

THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Key responsibilities:
- Log all Market Data invoices in the Market Data inventory tool
- Reconciliation of invoices to the inventory system to ensure timely
payments in line with
contractual obligations
- Investigating and owning invoice queries through to resolution
- Managing invoices for Key Vendors
- cultivate and encourage collaborative, team working environment,
work hand in hand with
global teams to ensure global standards and optimal service provision

Control tasks:
- Timely payment of Market Data invoices
- Aged Report
- KPIs

Decision making powers:
- Process completion if invoice reconciliation shows a variance

Qualifications:

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Controlling/financial experience
- Market Data Services knowledge
- Ideally Financial Services background
- Good Excel skills
- Meticulous, attention to detail
