Permanent HR Executive

Job Description:
-Provide HR support to business partners in the areas of recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, policies & procedures, performance management and records maintenance.
-Administer the recruitment, selection and placement processes of employees
-Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with the legislation.
-Administer MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation & other related matters.
-Provide administrative support for performance appraisal activities.
-Perform monthly payroll processing including overtime computations, CPF contributions, Year-end tax reporting, etc.
-Other ad-hoc duties and special assignments.

Requirements:
-Minimum Degree / Diploma in Human Resource or Business
-Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
-Knowledge of HRIS such as PeopleSoft would be an advantage.
-Proficient in MS Office
-Meticulous individual with good interpersonal & communication skills.
-Able to work with all levels of people.
-Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment.
-Able to start work immediately
