Accounts Assistant (1 year contract)

Job Descriptions:

• To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
• To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
• To maintain and reconcile the direct debit mandates.
• Prepare cheques for payment.
• To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
• To ensure that all post is sent daily.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of LCCI in accounting
• Fresh diplomas are encouraged to apply.
• Conscientious, independent, motivated and good initiative.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• Salary: $1600 to $1800
• Working hours : Mon to Fri (8.45 am to 5.30 pm)
