Responsibilities
Our Clients are established Shipping Lines/Freight Forwarders/NVOCCs
located in Town. They are actively looking for committed and energetic
individuals to join their progressive organisations as the
above-mentioned.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for
the booking of vessel space, correspondences with customers on freight
rates, monitoring vessel space to ensure maximum utilisation, shipping
documentation and other administrative support to ensure smooth
operations at the Customer Service Department.

Requirements
GCE A/O Levels/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Sales &
Marketing / Logistics & Operations Management or equivalent
qualifications
1 - 2 years customer service / booking service, preferably in shipping industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work in a team


Salary: Up to $2K a month
Working Hours: 5-days
