Administrator for Edu Centre

We are one of Singapore's largest chain of edu centres and require an administrator to take charge of a young female team.

Working hours: 11am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm weekdays and
9/10am to 6/7pm weekends

Excellent spoken english is required and the ability to handle mandarin speaking customers would be preferred. As this is a senior position, leadership quality and good PR skills are essential.

Salary would commensurate with the qualities we are looking for but will not be less than $2300 initially.

The Bank is one of the top leaders in the Corporate Lending space and
so it offers someone with the potential to really gain exposure to a
lot more different loan transaction than they would have in a small to
medium size Bank.

Reporting to a Senior VP in the loan operations department, your role
is specifically to manage the full end to end of portfolio of loans.

You will be assigned accounts and actively liaise with the clients on
roll over, rate resets, early termination of loans and be involved in
calculation of rate resets, draw downs.

The book is a complex loan book so will take care of more of the
structured finance, aircraft leasing, bilateral and syndicated deals.

The position would suit someone that has a background in credit
administration function or in loan processing but for more of the
Corporate Banking deals rather than providing support for auto and
commercial loans.

Your duties would include the following

Manage full end to end portfolio of sub participated agency bilateral
loan facilities

Manage complex loan funding structures

Manage a portfolio of sub participated loans

Manage quarterly interest billing, rollovers, repayments, fee payments

Produce monthly reports to participants in the laon agreements

Manage fees and margin returns

Help with the way deals are structured more from a booking and cash
flow perspective

Manage NPL

Resolve trade related queries from lenders

Manage reconciliations and exception reports.

Work on projects to improve internal controls and reduce process duplication.

Prepare any GL adjustments for the accounting team

Prepare SWIFT payments

Liaise with agent banks

Reconcile Nostro Accounts
