RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct promoting and sales of banking products (Credit cards & Credit
facilities) Attend to roadshows @ various locations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To achieve individual sales targets.
To adhere to professional standards of behaviour & conduct in dealing
with customers and fellow staff.
To continuously suggest ways in improving the team as a whole

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a GCE "O" Level, Higher
secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma in any field.

Applicants with no prior sales experience are also welcome to apply

Applicants must be Singaporean citizens or Singapore PRs

Must be willing to travel and work Islandwide

Must be sales aggressive, self-motivated, confident and well groomed.

Must be willing to work weekends, OT, public holidays and retail hours

Basic + Allowances + Commission.

Training on Banking products will be provided.

1. Singaporean or PR only

3. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy

4. At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in handling
full sets of accounts, prepare consolidated accounts and reporting and
subsidiary companies accounts preferable for those who have worked in
a trading firm (dealing with foreign currencies)

5. Independence with minimum supervision & guidance

6. Able to work, good team player, keen to take on challenges &
responsibilities

7. Meticulous, Possess good problem solving and can work under
pressure with good interpersonal and communication skills

8. Initiative and committed

9. MUST be able to manage Cashflow effectively

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to handle full set of accounts, ensuring timely month-end
closing and preparation of financial statements

2. Responsible for preparation and submission of quarterly GST
returns and tax computation to IRAS;

3. Manage monthly cash flows, weekly cash reports and monthly cash
flow projection and requirements;

4. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliation;

5. Prepare audit schedules, detailed notes to the accounts for
consolidated reporting and liaise with external auditors for statutory
audit;

6. Assist to review and enforce / implement existing / new
financial procedures and internal controls to enhance both financial
and operational work flows;

7. Assist in Budgeting and Forecasting exercise;

8. Assist in preparing group consolidated accounts and reporting;

9. Assist in subsidiary companies accounts and reporting

10. Liasie with banker, auditors and company secretary

11. Consistently meet or exceed commitments with the highest
standards of timely work performance;

12. To assist the Management on other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

NOTE : preferable have experience handle 'Daceasy' accounting software

- Working Day: 5 Days work week

- Salary Range: $1,600 - $1,800

Description:
Our Market Information Data Management Team is looking for a Finance
Analyst in Singapore.

OVERALL GOAL:
- To provide a first class Market Information finance function for
Credit Suisse as part of a global
team
- Management of all aspects in the area of Market Information Invoice
Reconciliation
- Control of Market Market Data costs for all regions through an
effective process of invoice
payments
- Drive the banks reputation regarding proper payments of invoices
- Work as a global team

THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Key responsibilities:
- Log all Market Data invoices in the Market Data inventory tool
- Reconciliation of invoices to the inventory system to ensure timely
payments in line with
contractual obligations
- Investigating and owning invoice queries through to resolution
- Managing invoices for Key Vendors
- cultivate and encourage collaborative, team working environment,
work hand in hand with
global teams to ensure global standards and optimal service provision

Control tasks:
- Timely payment of Market Data invoices
- Aged Report
- KPIs

Decision making powers:
- Process completion if invoice reconciliation shows a variance

Qualifications:

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Controlling/financial experience
- Market Data Services knowledge
- Ideally Financial Services background
- Good Excel skills
- Meticulous, attention to detail
