Assistant Manager (Registrar's Office)

Responsibilities:


Analyze and provide recommendations on how the Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) may be configured and/or enhanced to better support the complex and inter-related requirements of student administration.
Manage new/change requests and work closely with IT analysts to design, develop and implement the requests.
Work wiith stakeholders/users to seek ways to automate, improve or streamline business processes using ISIS.
Provide first level support for ISIS reported issues.
Conduct in-class training on using ISIS as well as create/maintain online interactive lesson/training for self-help.
Create and/or maintain ISIS documentation.

Requirements:


A university degree with work experience in student administration processes in a tertiary educational institution.
An IT/ISM related degree would be ideal.
Proficient in various software applications and query tools, including PeopleSoft Student Administration system.
Analytical and good problem solving skills.
Highly organized and meticulous.
Committed to providing quality customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
