Executive Secretary

Job Description:
· Provide secretarial support to the Managing Director
· Handles HR & Admin matters
· Maintain appropriate files and records by ensuring data and information are filed and recorded in an efficient manner
· Coordinate travel arrangements
· Calendar management and scheduling of appointments
· Provide a full range of administrative and clerical support services
· Assist on other ad hoc projects/duties


Requirements:
· GCE 'O' / Nitec / Diploma in Business Management and / or Private Secretarial Certificate/Diploma with at least 3 years' of experience in a similar capacity
· Displays a high level of initiative with ability to work independently.
· Pleasant personality and positive disposition with pro-active approach.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong verbal and written communication skill in English
· Able to work in Tuas
