Job Description:
-Manage and oversee the whole Logistics Operations
-To manage Profit & Loss
-Contract negotiation with customers
-To build strong rapport with customers
-Review, understand customers' KPI requirement and facilitate implementation within the department
-Monthly or quarterly business review with Key Accounts
-Responsible for staff development and performance appraisal
-Location: Jurong
-Salary: SGD 4000 - 5000
Requirements:
-Diploma holder & above
-At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry
-Competent knowledge in Logistics Operations
-Customer and Solutions Oriented
-People Management and Leadership skills
-Working location in Jurong area
-Singaporean or Malaysian welcome
