Customer Service Representative (Call Centre)

Job Description:

-Location: East Area
-To handle enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone.
-Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations support work related to pricing, ticketing and schedule changes.
-Meet daily KPI requirements.
Salary range: S$1600 - S$1800 (depending on qualification) + shift allowances + KPI


Requirements:
-Minimum diploma holder with at least one year working experience in a service industry
-Exposure to strong customer oriented environment
-Strong process oriented; must be logical and able to follow processes and adapt to changes
-Must be able to work shift work hours
