Job Descrption:
-First point-of-contact to internal customers providing daily pricing and operational support to the APAC businesses.
-Work with APAC Pricing Team, Product and Supplier Management and APAC Supply Chain to implement, maintain and develop our operational pricing processes.
-Provide operational support to deliver our differentiated pricing strategies.
-Gather and collate the pricing data and competitor data required for the Pricing Team.
-Take ownership of the daily price support requests from our internal customers. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a solution is provided within agreed service levels.
-Support the price administration processes working with the supplier and product teams for new price books.
-Implement the sell price audit processes according to current company procedures and participate when required in the internal audit for each country.
-Implement the processes delivering differentiated price strategies.
-Coordinate and gathering the pricing and competitor data required.
-Document working processes and procedures for the pricing team.
-Proactively improve performance efficiencies with daily price operations and maintenance tasks, metrics, reporting and analysis based on the direction and needs of the organization
-Provide excellent customer service to all internal departments within the organization.
Requirements:
-Able to provide a high level of customer service and has high personal integrity.
-Able to prioritise and comfortable working with ambiguity.
-Excellent in Microsoft office and advanced skills in Excel and Access.
-Detailed-oriented with strong analytical ability
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to take ownership and use initiative, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
-Dedication to customer service and process improvement
-Must be proactive
-Logical thinker able to solve problems with minimal supervision.
-Ability to be flexible to fill multiple roles and responsibilities within a small department enabling increased productivity from the team
-Passion for customer service and attention to detail – is more important than experience.
-Familiarity with electronic component terms and types a plus.
Degree (Business/ or Finance/ or Engineering).
