Accounts Admin Assistant

Job Description:

-Accounts duties involving Account payable, OT Calculation
-Updating of leave records for the part time workers & Calculation of part time staff
-Updating workers attendance sheet
-Administrative work and ad hoc duties

-Accounts Admin Assistant @ HR Department

-Location: Bukit Merah

-Work days: 5 DAYS


Requirements:
-Minimum N or O levels will be preferred
-1 to 2 years of job experience in the above mentioned
-English & Mandarin is essential for communicating with the part time workers
-This position is open to Singaporean, Malaysian PR or Malaysian
-To commence work immediately
