Job Description:

- Sales Process Officer (Fresh Dip/Deg)

-1 yr contract

-Foreign Bank

-Location: Cityhall


-To be involve in Audit review preparation and carry out internal audit
-Responsible for development of sales processes
-Involve in reviewing key initiatives, process changes
-Work jointly with sales managers to ensure adherence to Global, Regional and Country policies
-Perform surprise checks to identify lapses in processes and procedures
-Perform and co-ordinate self assessments and ensure the results are reviewed and highlight issues/areas of improvement to the respective managers
-Ensuring and executing all sales related activities are carried out in conformance to existing company policies and guidelines
-Perform Exit interviews
-Coordinate Online training
-Assist in the Sales MIS analysis
-Support supervisor for ad-hoc assignments

Salary : $2100 - $2400
Working time : 9am – 6pm
Working days : 5 days

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in City Hall.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
-Full-Time and Contract position available.
