Job Description:
-Office Admin
-To provide support to the reporting officer in the proper & smooth function of the office including:
-Assist to handle contractual and agreement issues.
-Assist in handling import and export documentation and logistics administration.
-Updating of records of vital contacts and name cards printing.
-Checking of drivers time sheet and manage drivers issues and matters with contractor.
-Purchasing.
-Other administrative support.
Requirements:
-Min “O” level and above education in any fields
-2 years of working experience in administrative support
-Good organizational and communication skills
-Meticulous and resourceful and hands-on
-Ability to work independently and computer savvy
-Only Singaporeans & Singapore PR need apply
