HR Manager

Job Description:
-Location: Genting Lane

-Responsibilities:
*Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate will provide overall HR leadership for the operators in petrol stations, both in terms of strategic direction and ongoing operational support and guidance.
*Specifically, you will develop, implement and deploy HR strategic plan for the business, including HR matters relating to the franchise operations.
*Matters relating to the franchise operations would include contracts management, and franchise performance monitoring.


Requirements:
-Degree holder, with at least 8 years in a managerial role
-Preferably has both HR Mgmt and Development experience
-Candidates with experience in franchise framework would have added advantage
-Good team player with initiative and drive
-Strong analytical skills
