Senior / Social Worker
Working Location:
- Care Corner Family Service Centre
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage case consultations
- Network with relevant organisations regarding the welfare of the client, programmes, volunteer management and funding
- Supervision of volunteers and interns
- Conduct analysis and implement programmes that meet the needs of the community
- For Senior positions, provide clinical supervision to professional & support staff involved in casework, and responsible for the professional development of social workers
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or Other Degree with a Professional Certificate in Social Work
- Conversant in English and another 2nd language e.gMandarin, Malay or Tamil
- For Senior positions, min 5 years of relevant experience with a Dip in Counselling and Cert in Clinical supervision or equivalent
