JOb Description Indoor Sales & Customer Service Officer

Ministry of Print is looking for motivated individuals to join our
sales team (2 vacancies)

Responsibilities:
-Provide friendly, responsive and a professional level of customer
services to existing and new clients
-Handle inbound and outbound client calls
-Handle customer enquiries and sell the Company's services
-Sales order processing, tracking and reporting
-Chase payment and resolve issues

Requirements:
-Possess at least O level and 2 years' sales or service experience or
Diploma in a business related field
-Strong communication and sales skills
-Strong interpersonal skills - outgoing personality and a team player
-Strong attention to detail and organization skills - structured & methodical
-Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients
-Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR need to apply
