Business Development Manager

Job Description:

-Identify and develop business opportunities for the Company Hospital Information System (HIS) and Clinical/Specialty software solutions in healthcare sectors
-Prepares the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepares the annual Work Plan.
-Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
-Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
-Develop and manage client communication tools (e.g. Excel, brochures, presentation slides, corporate website)
-Pro-actively hunt for target healthcare organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company services.
-Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of all Company solution products, services and solutions sets

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing/IT or equivalent.
-High-level knowledge in software technology
-At least 6 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
-Excellent negotiation skills
-A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
-Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
-Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
-Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
-High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
-Willing to travel/relocate (only to Malaysia)
-Healthcare IT experience is very much advantageous
