Part Time Box Office Representatives
JOb Description We are seeking professional and energetic people to join our brand new Front of House team in Singapore working as Box office representatives to dispatch tickets and packages to Showbiz customers or hosting Showbiz events. If you are exceptional in customer service, passionate about the live entertainment industry, desire and are committed to 4-5 casual shifts per week during evenings and weekends, flexible with working hours and are able to work in many of Singapore's most famous theatres and venues, we would love to have you as part of the team!
Key responsibilities include:
• Assist Operations manager with the implementation of dispatch activities for all shows
• Manage and report all event and dispatch activities
• Cultivate relationships with showbiz customers and client base
• Manage external venue and theatre relationships effectively and professionally
• Be organised, responsible and able to work autonomously
Starting date: Immediate
Pay rate: $8-$10 per hour
