Job Responsibilities:
Provide Desktop technical support & service request
Resolves issues within the SLA
Engage in execution of core desktop software and hardware deployments
Use various technology tools to resolve desktop incidents, network
issues and service requests
Work with various different technology groups to handle desktop issues
and service requirements
Requirements:-
Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in desktop technical and support role
Experience in VIP or VVIP support added advantage
Excellent presentations and communication skills
Experience with client facing and ability to work in fast paced environment
Enthusiastic and willing to learn on the job
Singapore/PR Citizen may apply
Good Analytical skills, able to render solutions quickly
Working Days – 5.5 days per week
Working Hours – Office hours
Salary: $1,450/month
