Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inbound and outbound calls
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors and supply
- Data entry
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years adminstrative experience
- Possess good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint
- Able to perform shift hours
- 1st shift: Mon to Fri - 7.00am to 4.00pm, Sat - 7.00am to 4.00pm (including 4 hours compulsory OT)
OR
- 2nd shift: Mon to Fri - 2.00pm to 11.00pm, Sat - 2.00pm to 11.00pm (including 4 hours compulsory OT)
- Only Singaporeans and SPRs may apply
