Banking Service Relationship Manager

DBS Treasures Service Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

•Achieve service standards as set out for Treasures staff to develop
and improve customer satisfaction and retention including achieving
referral targets as set by Treasures franchise
•Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in a timely and
consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and
internal security audit requirements
•Participate in Service & Process Improvement initiatives and other
team-related activities
•Assess clients' interest in investments, insurance and treasury
products and refer warm leads to relationship managers
•Participate in quarterly coaching from Sales Team lead to keep
attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to be
current and proficient in attending to customers' queries.
•Attend to and complete ad hoc projects as assigned by Customer Service Manager
•Assist with documentation, handling of account opening requests,
account closures and other related account servicing matters
Requirements

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Good planning and organisational skills
•Proficient PC skills and sound knowledge of the banking products,
services and procedures
•Good understanding of financial, investment products, services
including equity and bond markets
•Strong knowledge of offshore compliance and regulatory requirements
as well as exposure to multicultural issues
•Team player with good sales and service ability who enjoys working in
a fast-paced sales environment
