JOb Description 4 months + assignment
Responsibilities:

* Schedule inter-departmental meetings, retreats and other meetings as
required by supervisor
* Prepare brief agenda
* Coordinate with department for presentations/lab visits
* Follow up to confirm meeting and attendance
* Prepare meeting venues, refreshments and carpark arrangements if any
* Prepare documents and presentation materials
* Submit monthly expense claims
* Schedule meetings and book venues
* Upload agenda, take down minutes of meetings, etc
* Compiling of reports and agenda
* Updating contact reports efiled quarterly
* Purchase of office refreshments using Gebiz

Requirements-
~~~~~~~~~~~
Minimum Diploma in Business or related with at least 2 years of
experience in PA duties to top management
Those without local diploma but Secretarial Certificate with at least
5 years of experience can be considered
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to write well and adept in report-writing
Able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and diverse portfolios
Meticulous and careful in work assignments
Must be proficient in IT and MS Office
Must be willing to work in Woodlands
Singaporean / PR ONLY
Must commit for the FULL PERIOD of MID DECEMBER 2010 TO END MAY 2011
Salary $1,800 to $2,500

Working Location: Woodlands
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (830am to 6pm)
