Assistant Service Administrator for 3 to 6 months (possibility of conversion to permanent)
Job Description:
- Assisting the Senior Service Administrator in the full spectrum of support activities in customer care/service department including but not limited to:
- Managing the administrative and operational requirements of the Service/Customer Care team
- Providing excellent call centre support to our customers
- Management of the customer care CRM system including data input
- Consolidation of month-end reports
- Assist in ensuring Quality assurance
Detailed JD:
1) Photocopying, scanning of documents, preparation of mail envelopes, courier slips , shipping documents
2) Filing and maintaining archives of documents
3) Printing and binding of manuals, preparation of service packs for installation.
4) Follow-up on orders in process
4) Data entry in CRM system
5) Handling customer enquiries
6) Updating of bulletins
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in customer service-oriented environment
- Very good computer skills- minimum diploma or tertiary institution
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Singaporeans or PR (Malaysian) who are mandarin speaking are encouraged
- Salary: Max $2400 per month
Working hours: Mondays to fridays: 9am to 5pm
