Accounts Payable Assistant (3 months contract) x 2 positions (Salary
range - $2500 to $2700)

JOb Description Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming mails/invoices for Controller/Finance department
and stamp invoices with receiving stamp
• Verify, enter and match high volumes of purchase orders, invoices,
P-Card, prepayment invoices accurately and on time in accordance with
company policy
• Manage and investigate rejected invoices and proactively resolve any
issues to ensure the invoice is processed and payment is made. Follow
up with requestors / purchasers / buyers / store on any discrepancies
on invoices
• Ensures purchase orders, receiving and invoices are matched
• Responsible for ensuring compliance of standard practices
• Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of invoices for
weekly payment
• Reconciles supplier statements on timely manner
• Reviewing and processing weekly employee expense reports in
accordance with company travel policy
• Resolving escalated queries

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of
experience with high volume A/P
• Demonstrate a strong understanding in all areas of the Accounts
Payable function, ideally with Oracle knowledge/experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office software
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in order to deal
with customers (internal and external) at all levels
• Strong organization and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines.
• Working in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure with large volumes of data

- Working Location: Woodlands
- 5 day work week
- Applicable to Singaporean/ S'pore PR Only.
