Customer Service Officers - 3PL industry ($1500 to $2200)
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans and Malaysians will be considered
- Must have experience working in either logistics/shipping or manufacturing industry handling customer service
- Experience in L/C negotiation, Air Way Bill, Bill of Lading, etc will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Tradenet or Portnet will be an added advantage
- Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice
Duties:
- Attending to customers' enquiries with regards to shipments status, rates, etc
- Coordinating between customers and in-house departments to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
- Preparation of necessary documents for shipments
Salary:
- $1500 to $2200

- ALPS Ave, Keppel Road, Jurong Port Road
