JOb Description We are a Singapore based Web Development and Marketing
company that delivers solutions in the areas of E-commerce, content
management systems (CMS), database driven web applications, web site
design, and online marketing to businesses in various industry
sectors.
We are currently seeking a motivated Administrative and Customer
Services Assistant to join our fast growing team.
Responsibilities include:
* Filing and organising documents and invoices.
Data entry and manipulation.
* Attending to general customer enquiries made via telephone and
email and referring those matters to other staff members.
* Helping with the write-up of proposals (full training will be provided).
Organising the company's schedule in terms of meetings,
appointments, project completion deadlines, etc.
* Liaising with suppliers and service providers via telephone and email.
* Attending to day to day banking, post office and other general tasks.
* Assisting colleagues with other general administrative tasks.
Due to the company's open and flexible culture, the position will give
the candidate the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects in
the field of internet development and marketing, hone their existing
knowledge, and gain a wide array of new skills subject to their own
interests and development over time.
Requirements:
* Strictly Singapore Citizens or PR ONLY.
* Excellent level of communication in English and Mandarin both
written and spoken.
* Good knowledge of data manipulation with Microsoft Excel with
high attention to detail.
* Strong ability to use Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
* Familiarity with internet searching using engines such as Google and Yahoo.
* Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Start Date: Immediate.
Salary: $1200 to $1600 per month for full time subject to ability and
experience.
Restrictions: The position is available only to Singapore Citizens and
Permanent Residents.
