JOb Description Major Duties & Responsibilities :
•Giving a professional and positive image of the company at all times
when providing customer service and basic retail services.
•In-store inventory control.
•Upkeeping of available games to make sure they are up-to-date.
•Consolidate and reporting of customers' feedback.
•Assisting in planning of monthly schedule and new promotions.
•Preparation and presentation of weekly reports.
Requirements :
•Eloquent in spoken English
•Customer Service oriented
•A self-motivator with high level of commitment
•Able to work independently as well as excel in teamwork
•Online gaming experience is preferred (those without this but meet
other requirements may apply)
•Knowledge of networking, PC softwares or hardwares advantages
•Able to work 12pm - 9pm, afternoon to night shifts, weekends, public
holidays and overtime when required
•Working location: Funan IT Mall
