JOb Description Provides quality customer service support to customers
over the phone.

Demonstrates effective verbal communication skills when interacting at
all levels, ie with customers, peers and managers

Resolves customer enquiries efficiently

Performs call management and problem
solving to value-added customers

Follow up and has a strong sense of ownership for all cases to ensure
complete closure and maximize customer satisfaction

Handle inbound and outbound calls.

The Pre-Requisites:
